In case of any manpower requirements from Nepal, the employer is required to provide Sherpa International Manpower Consultancy (P.) Ltd. with detail information denoting the number of workers required, salary and other benefits. Once both parties are agreed, a recruitment agreement will be signed with detailed terms and conditions (where possible).

SELECTION AND DEPARTURE PROCEDURES

The professional recruitment team of Sherpa International Manpower will conduct the Screening Test in order to save time and effort of the employer. During the Test, the team will pay more attention to the work experiences, physical fitness and attitude of the workers. The final selection will be made by the employer or the authorized representative. In exceptional cases, if the employer authorizes Sherpa International Manpower for the final selection, Agency's professional team will carry it out with utmost care and attention to meet the standard quality required by the employer. The employer will facilitate necessary formalities to obtain visa of the selected candidates. After obtaining a copy of visa from the employer, Sherpa International Manpower will inform the employer about the confirmed arrival date of the workers well in advance.

SOME SPECIAL ACTIVITIES OF SHERPA INTERNATIONAL MANPOWER

Sherpa International manpower is operating "Employment Opportunities Services Desk " at the office where registration is done. The Agency maintains and updates records of Job Seekers of all categories. The Agency is also maintaining "Bio-data Bank" where detailed information of Job Seekers are recorded & this helps to sort out the right person for the right job at any time.

Sherpa International Manpower conducts intensive job oriented training to all the selected candidates before their departure in order to enable them to perform their job efficiently and also acquire adequate competencies as well as confidences.

Sherpa International Manpower also conducts a short pre-departure orientation session to the selected candidates. This will enable them to understand the company's policies, the concern country's rules & regulations, culture, airport procedures and all do's and don'ts.
